With more than 25 years consulting experience, Jennifer Jones is the founder and principal at J. Jones Consulting, Inc. (JJC), a Denver-based firm that provides consulting in individual and team-based executive assessment and development as well as organizational development including strategic and tactical planning, facilitation of organizational change, merger and acquisition due diligence and integration, team building and culture development. The work is in support of and within the context of organizational goals and initiatives to create sound business results.
She has provided executive and organizational consulting since 1973. Her clients have been global organizations in banking, high tech, telecommunications and health care industries; professional services firms; small and large manufacturing and retail operations; non-profit and governmental agencies. As a business owner, senior level executive, and consultant, she brings a breadth of experience with which to work with organizations, teams and individuals.
Before establishing JJC, Jennifer was a Senior Consultant in a Denver-based consulting firm where she designed and delivered individual, team and organizational development services. Earlier, she was Senior Vice President with a global career services firm and was responsible for establishing the Colorado operations. In addition she was accountable for the design and delivery of its leadership development programs where she was the national expert in team-based leadership development and coaching services. Previously, she owned a consulting business that served more than 40,000 clients in 40 cities across the United States.
Jennifer has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership.
